Foreign PE funds increase competition for most expensive Danish assets, CEO says

More acquisitions were made in Denmark by foreign funds than Danish in 2022, but the country’s private equity funds are taking the influx of foreign private equity funds in their stride.

After a few years of declining acquisitions from international funds, the number of acquisitions is heading back towards the same level as almost 10 years ago, according to a survey conducted by AMWatch’s Danish sister media KapitalWatch.
