Beleaguered Swedish investor signs deal with former Bostad owner

SBB has boosted its finances through a joint venture with a US asset manager. The newly established company is taking over properties worth billions from the debt-ridden investor.

Swedish SBB is raising much-needed liquidity through a joint venture with US private equity fund Castlelake, according to a press release from the listed company, which, like a number of other Swedish players, is struggling with significant bond debt.
