Finland's Elo writes down property assets and reports nearly neutral return

The only negative performer in Elo’s portfolio this year has been real estate. CEO Carl Pettersson says that at the end of Q3, the company wrote down its direct real estate investments by EUR 93m.

Property write-downs pulled down the returns of Elo’s real estate investments during the first three quarters of the year, the Finnish pension company reports.
