Pension fund halves the number of external managers

The pension fund expects to double its assets under management within the next ten years and has given its portfolio an overhaul.

Danish pension fund Lærernes Pension foresees assets under management to double from DKK 150bn (EUR 20.1) to DKK 300bn (EUR 40.2bn) in the next ten years. This would also increase costs for its 158,000 members, and therefore, the pension fund has given the investment portfolio an overhaul, writes Danish business daily Børsen.
