Pension funds divided on bonus pay for investment professionals

It is unnecessary to give bonuses to retain investment employees, says CEO of Danish pension fund Lægernes Pension, one of several pension funds not paying out bonuses.

Bonus payments to investment professionals are far from being used in all Danish labor market pension funds, according to a survey conducted by AMWatch’s Danish sister media FinansWatch.
