PFA regroups after huge real estate losses, will focus more on Denmark

Foreign properties in particular dragged down returns at PFA last year. Head of Real Estate Peter Morgan says the company is ready to make changes to the portfolio, including divestments.

Negative returns on the real estate portfolio are a fly in the ointment at pension company PFA, which on Friday presented its annual report for 2023 with a press release entitled: ”PFA delivered attractive returns to customers.”
