AP7 outperforms private competitors, exceeding SEK trillion mark in 2023

Despite high returns and AUM growth, the new CEO of the Swedish AP7 pension fund believes that conditions for the fund are “more challenging” than they have been for a long time.

Sweden’s default public pension fund, AP7, once again outperformed its commercial competitors on the country’s premium pension platform in 2023, delivering a return of 18.4%, its annual report shows.
