Finnish pension AUM back on track as companies prepare for reform

Pensions Alliance analyst notes that a big increase in Finnish pension companies’ equity exposure, as envisioned in the upcoming reform, could affect the benefits diversification offers.

Occupational pension funds in Finland reached an AUM of EUR 251bn at the end of 2023 and yielded a nominal return of 6.3% during the year, reports the Finnish Pensions Alliance (TELA).
