Finland's Church fund is looking for new external manager to beef up small cap exposure

At the end of 2023, the equity portfolio of the Finnish Church Pension Fund was invested in 16 funds. The fund is now looking to add a new manager to its ranks, says CIO Ira van der Pals.

The Finnish Church Pension Fund (KER) is in the process of looking for a manager for European small cap investments, CIO Ira van der Pals tells AWWatch in an interview focusing on the fund’s current strategy and principles for outsourcing.
