Norwegian and Danish RE is flourishing while other Nordic countries are slowing down, says study

Propert asset manager Newsec's outlook for 2019 is positive. Norway is picking up in pace, Denmark is still robust, whereas other Nordic countries are slowing down. Logistics properties and hotels are still attractive assets.

With a European economy slowing down, Nordic countries are also affected. However, Denmark remains robust.
