Merger will create one of the "largest investment firms" in Sweden

Max Matthiessen Värdepapper and Fondab are merging. The latter company is already owned by the Max Matthiessen Group.

Financial services company Max Matthiessen Värdepapper AB is merging with fund platform Fondab AB to become “one of the largest investment firms on the Swedish market – a player to be reckoned with,” a press release reads.
