BankInvest seeks to collaborate more with pension funds following large client growth in alternative real estate strategy

BankInvest has obtained an additional DKK 1bn in real estate product for their retail stage. The asset manager chases more partnerships with pension funds for the uncultivated market for alternative investments for private investors.

Private investors are hungry for investments in alternatives, and the uncultivated market for retail financial services should be conquered through collaborations with pension funds, says BankInvest, which just obtained an additional DKK 1 bn for its fund BI Erhvervsejendomme, making it one of Denmark's largest listed real estate companies with assets worth a total of DKK 3.5bn.
