Goldman Sachs invests in real estate developer's prestige project in Copenhagen suburb

After months of capital hunting, Gefion has succeeded in getting the US-based asset manager on board in its prestige project, Rødovre Port. Goldman Sachs may own the housing after completion, says the CEO of Gefion to EjendomsWatch.

The large US investor Goldman Sachs has entered into a joint venture with Gefion Group over the project developer's prestige project, Rødovre Port, to the tune of DKK 1.5bn (EUR 200m).
