Danish investors bought foreign bonds rather than equities in 2019

Danish investors made big foreign bond purchases in 2019 following major share price increases, the country's national bank informs.

In 2019, Danish investors bought foreign bonds for a net value of DKK 123bn (EUR 16.4bn), while they purchased foreign equities and mutual fund shares for a total of DKK 17bn, according to a report from the Danish Central Bank.
