Contracts with Danish pension funds make Newsec the second-largest real estate manager in Europe when measured by square footage

Newsec Property Asset Management has landed a number of large contracts over the last quarter - including Sampension and PKA in Denmark. The new contracts mean that Newsec is now the second-largest property asset manger in Europe, the company reports.

The last quarter involved many new contracts for Newsec Property Asset Management, which was formerly called Datea. The company now has 40.5 million square meters under management, which makes it the second-largest real estate manager in Europe, the company reports in a press release.
