A 2013 study showed that organizations with more diversity among the employees gain bigger market shares, and therefore, a competitive advantage. This was reaffirmed in an investigation by the Center for Talent Innovation (CTI) which was sponsored by Bloomberg, Cisco and Deustche Bank.
