ATP's real estate arm reels in new investment manager

(Updated, the article stated that Jakob Folkenberg Eriksen had become CIO, which is incorrect. He is investment manager, which has been corrected.)
Less than two weeks ago, Jakob Folkenberg Eriksen left the Baunsøe family's real estate company, after almost the entire portfolio was sold.
On Monday, he started as investment manager at ATP Ejendomme, where he will be part of the investment and asset management department.
Folkenberg Eriksen confirmed the job move to EjendomsWatch two weeks ago, in connection with an article the media published about internal disagreement among the three Baunsøe brothers, which led to them going their separate ways and selling almost the entire portfolio.
The new investment manager, who has a law degree, worked as a manager at Baunsøe Ejendomme for four years, and highlights that he was happy to work there.
Before he started working directly with investment properties, he worked at Ernst & Young for three years, also within real estate.
He also worked for Lett, a law firm that is now called DLA Piper, for seven years, including three as associate partner, where he again worked in the real estate department.
His law degree is from the University of Copenhagen.
