Pension company slims down real estate portfolio with major divestment
A desire for a more focused portfolio has led the pension company to sell off a property with 24 rented spaces to a EUR 2.7 billion investor on a shopping spree.
P+, the Danish pension fund, is selling a property with 24 rented spaces totaling 1800 square meters on Søgårdsvej in Gentofte. It has owned the property for 38 years.
