Max Matthiessen appoints its first CIO

The Swedish broker makes an internal appointment and increases Private Banking-focus. One of the new CIO’s key tasks will be to build up the recently launched collaboration with Goldman Sachs.

Swedish insurance broker and financial house Max Matthiessen has given a six-year veteran at the firm the role of Chief Investment Officer. Jon Arnell will be the first to have the title and his appointment is part of the firm’s focus on wealth management and external expansion.
