Pension funds divest Ørestad homes for EUR 160m

Dutch investor OCP is making its Danish debut by purchasing the real estate portfolio located in Copenhagen, as Akademikerpension and Sampension divest after less than two years of ownership.

European real estate investor Orange Capital Partners (OCP), which is based in the Netherlands, has bought a portfolio consisting of two new-build residential real estate properties in Ørestad, Copenhagen, totalling 25,434 square meters, reports broker Colliers.
