NREP looks outside the Nordics, invests millions in Poland

The real estate investor is opening a local office and is targeting housing and logistics investments, some of which have already been made. A new fund is providing the capital.

Growth-hungry Nordic real estate investor and developer NREP, which manages real estate worth EUR 10bn (DKK 75bn) has expanded to Poland, where it aims to have 10,000 residential properties by 2025 and its own organization, the company reports.
