Hedge fund manager hopes to reach a wider audience

Swedish manager Origo recently strengthened its team by bringing in a new analyst. While institutions and family offices are key targets, CEO Stefan Roos tells AMWatch there is interest in the retail space for a risk optimized small-cap strategy.

Last month, Swedish hedge fund manager Origo brought Christoffer Ahnemark into the company and onto the team managing the firm's sole fund, Origo Quest. When he joins the manager in August, he will be a part of a portfolio management trio also consisting of CIO and CEO Stefan Roos and Investment Analyst and Manager Carl Rydin.
