During the first half of this year, Industriens Pension generated returns of DKK 16.3bn (EUR 2.2bn), equating to 8.2 percent. Investments in unlisted assets were a huge contributor.

"We have gained very good returns from several different asset classes during the first half of the year. The best performing asset class has been unlisted assets, where US-based venture funds have really generated good returns. At the same time, listed assets have generally also increased in value due to the predictions of good growth in both Europe and the US," says CEO of Industriens Pension Laila Mortensen.
