Phones ringing off the hook at Cromwell after wooden building fund plan announcement

Cromwell Property Group, which is launching a pan-European wooden buildings fund later this year in partnership with Dasos Capital, is looking for investment opportunities across Europe. "The Nordic region and western Europe offer the largest variety of opportunities," says fund manager Eeva Saravuo.

Although Cromwell Property Group and Dasos Capital's upcoming wooden building fund does not yet have anchor investors, initial signs are encouraging, with a range of institutional investors expressing interest, say Eeva Saravuo and Olli Haltia, Cromwell's new fund manager and CEO of timberland investment advisory Dasos Capital.
