Following a tender offer, Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) has become new shareholder in Adapteo, according to a statement. The statement, however, does not disclose the size of the investment. What media release does state, though, is that Adapeto will benefit from "an experienced long-term shareholder with a strong track record of stewardship of infrastructure businesses which are critical to society, including in the Nordic region."
