AMF records 16.5 percent return for 2021

The equity portfolio alone delivered over 30 percent but there were double-digit returns from real estate and alternatives. The pension fund will also continue to broaden its portfolio with direct investments in smaller companies.

Swedish pension company AMF, which manages a total of SEK 850bn (EUR 81bn), reported returns of nearly SEK 90bn (EUR 8.6bn) in 2021.
