Skandia reports 18-percent return for 2021

The Swedish insurance and pension company reports highest return since the turn of the Millenium for its traditional life portfolio.

Life insurance giant Skandia ended 2021 with an AUM that had grown to SEK 842bn (EUR 80bn), up from SEK 714bn (EUR 67bn) at the end of the preceding year. Of those assets, SEK 610bn (EUR 57bn) is in the insurer’s life division which manages the traditional life insurance portfolio.
