Recently listed Swedish fund and asset manager Case Kapitalförvaltning is acquiring all of the funds offered by troubled fund manager Catella, which recently changed its name to Celina Fondförvaltning.
This comes just over a month after investment company Athanase Industrial Partners acquired the remaining 30 percent of the shares in Catella/Celina Fondförvaltning, because parent company Catella wanted to focus solely on its real estate and corporate finance business.
