Athanase sells Catella funds to Case a month after taking full ownership

Recently listed asset manager Case Kapitalförvaltning - which counts several Swedish sports legends as owners - is acquiring all of Catella’s funds from Athanase, despite the fact that Catella’s asset management arm is being investigated by the Swedish FSA. Case’s CEO Johan Andrassy reflects on the acquisition and tells AMWatch about future endeavors.

Recently listed Swedish fund and asset manager Case Kapitalförvaltning is acquiring all of the funds offered by troubled fund manager Catella, which recently changed its name to Celina Fondförvaltning.
