Danish asset manager BankInvest has revealed an interim CO2 reduction goal on its road to net zero. The new goal states that in 2030, 11 equity funds and 2 bond funds, which contain 43% of the manager’s assets, must emit 55% less CO2 than in 2019.

This interim goal has been set in line with BankInvest’s commitment to the Net Zero Asset Managers initiative, which has brought 236 managers together in a campaign to reach net zero carbon emissions for their investment portfolios by 2050.
