BankInvest sets interim CO2 goal on path to net zero

As part of the Net Zero Asset Managers initiative, BankInvest has committed to reaching net zero CO2 emissions by 2050, and has now introduced a 2030 interim goal.

Danish asset manager BankInvest has revealed an interim CO2 reduction goal on its road to net zero. The new goal states that in 2030, 11 equity funds and 2 bond funds, which contain 43% of the manager’s assets, must emit 55% less CO2 than in 2019.
