Formuepleje adds new external manager in bid to improve performance

The asset manager’s board has approved a new external investment advisor for several equity funds.

Danish asset manager Formuepleje has added an external manager to its global equity strategy with the aim of improving returns and sustainability.

Historically, Formupleje has used Alliance Bernstein to manage its global portfolio, and earlier this year, UK-based Impax Asset Management was also added as an external manager.
