Danske's new EMD manager hopes more active strategy can win back lost assets

Five months into the job, Danske’s new head of EMD, Søren Mørch, is confident that a more active investment approach can get the fund back on track. The fund has almost halved in size since the former team left last year.

After two consecutive quarters with outflows, primarily due to the departure of a highly regarded emerging markets debt team, Danske Bank Asset Management has now replaced the entire team that will set out its own approach to the EMD strategy.
