Heimstaden's main shareholder is open to renegotiating agreement with Alecta

Norwegian billionaire Ivar Tollefsen, the main shareholder in the troubled real estate giant, Heimstaden Bostad, claims that extra capital is not needed.

Heimstaden Bostad’s main shareholder, Norwegian billionaire Ivar Tollefsen, says that the real estate company is in no need of extra capital. In an interview with Norwegian business daily Dagens Næringsliv, he adds that the firm is willing to discuss the current agreement with the other major shareholder, the Swedish pension fund Alecta.
