Leak: Pension giants close to settlement in OW Bunker case

A leaked settlement proposal shows that a resolution between former OW Bunker owner Altor and angry investors is within touching distance. ATP and PFA have claimed EUR 107m in compensation.

More than nine years after shipping fuel company OW Bunker’s spectacular stock market collapse, a number of pension funds and former shareholders are close to reaching a settlement with the former owner, Altor, the former management and two investment banks.
