European real estate fund hires head of investments for Nordic expansion

Leadcrest appoints head of Nordics for the first European fund fully dedicated to sale and leaseback investments. The Nordic region is seen as a key market with plans for significant investments.

Paris-based private real estate firm Leadcrest Capital Partnes has hired Finnish Assi Toivakka Kelly as head of investments in the Nordics, the company announces in a press release.
