European investors are pumping money into defense-related ETFs

Defense ETFs have attracted a lot of investments in 2024, as European investors, including pension funds, appear more inclined to spend money on arms.

With a belligerent Russia on their doorstep, European investors are overcoming their traditional reluctance to invest in military equipment and have started to pour money into domestic exchange traded funds (ETFs) focusing on companies in the defense sector.
