Danish pension fund increases voting at international AGMs

LD Fonde is taking a more active ownership role by voting at an increasing number of AGMs outside Denmark, the pension fund reports.

Denmark’s LD Pensions (LD Fonde) has increased its voting frequency at AGMs dramatically since 2021 – and is now going against management recommendations in more than a third of the cases when the pension fund casts its vote.
