Analysis: Institutional investors will spend less on real estate
Nordic institutional investors' appetite for real estate is waning, and fewer property investments are expected for the coming years. "All in all, it appears that investors' opinion has changed quite drastically during the last four years," writes analyst firm Pangea in its latest report.
Fewer Nordic institutional investors -- including pension providers, insurance companies, funds and labor unions -- are planning to boost real estate investments in the next 12 months, shows a new report from analyst firm Pangea based on a survey of the 160 largest institutional investors in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.
