M&G Real Estate eyes new investment targets in the Nordics

M&G Real Estate, one of the largest property investors in the world, is looking to invest in various sectors in the Nordics. Thorsten Slytå, the firm's Director of Nordic Region, says competition for deals has really increased over the past two years.

M&G Real Estate, the real estate arm of the UK's M&G, envisions expanding its investments in the Nordic region. The most recent addition to the company's EUR 750m Nordic portfolio was an office property at Alvar Aallonkatu 3 in Helsinki, which M&G Real Estate acquired from Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company for EUR 116m late last year.
