International investors to enter subdued real estate transaction market

Several international investors have recently debuted in the Danish real estate market, and other first-time buyers are on the way, says Fokus Nordic’s CEO.

A prolonged period of a seemingly dead transaction market in real estate has created a favorable investment climate for first-time buyers in the Nordic region, according to Tonny Nielsen, CEO of real estate investment manager Fokus Nordic, in an interview with AMWaatch’s Danish sister media, EjendomsWatch.
