Formuepleje sells corporate credit team to Impax

The credit team manages two emerging market debt strategies and sees good opportunities in becoming part of an international manager focusing on sustainability and responsible investments.

Formuepleje is selling its credit team, Absalon Corporate Credit, to its business partner, Impax, in order to focus on the Danish business, the CEO says.
