Copenhagen hotel market catches the eye of US asset manager

The hotel market in Copenhagen has a new strong suitor in the form of an American asset manager, which sees particular advantages in the Nordics from an ESG perspective.

American asset manager Invesco has a strategy targeting European hotel investments, and Denmark may very well be the next market on the world map, says David Kellett, who has been Director of Hotel Transactions at Invesco Real Estate since 2018.
