Folksam will adjust its Heimstaden valuation a quarter later than Alecta

The Swedish pension firm always reports changes in the net asset value of a holding in the following quarter, Folksam’s head of media relations says.

Folksam intends to change the valuation of its investment in the beleaguered real estate company Heimstaden Bostad when the Swedish pension and insurance giant calculates its results for the first quarter of this year.
