Investors expect value of Danish real estate to increase in 2020

A questionnaire administered by broker firm Cushman & Wakefield Red shows that two out of three of the largest and most active investors on the Danish property market expect the value of their investments to increase in 2020. This is due to expected rent increases and increased occupancy rates.
