Norwegian investment bank buys real estate project in Denmark for EUR 20 million

Skanska sells residential real estate project to in Denmark for EUR 20 million to Norwegian investment firm, and the sales price does not suggest Skanska is walking away with a big profit.

Entrepreneurial real estate developer Skanska has sold its residential real estate project, Kejserhaven in Hillerød for EUR 20 million (DKK 154 million). The project will be finished in 2021, the company reports.
