Pension fund's new head of RI has seen sustainability's many shades

Career path: With an education in Forest Economics and an international career at the UN, Karoliina Lindroos – Ilmarinen's new Head of Responsible Investments – comes with a different background than many asset management employees. In spite of this, Lindroos does not see her move to Ilmarinen as a giant leap.
