Asset manager plans to increase investments in Nordic nursing homes

Private nursing homes in the Nordics take up around half of Northern Horizon's real estate portfolio. It's an interesting investment case for pension funds that appreciate stable low-risk returns, the asset manager claims.

Private nursing homes provide promising investment opportunities, according to asset manager Northern Horizon, which has invested in more than 100 nursing homes in Sweden and Finland through a series of funds.
