CapMan growth rates still in double digits but CEO warns of "challenging" times ahead

A clear strategic direction and a growing international investor base have helped the Finnish asset manager navigate the changing economic conditions, says CapMan’s chief executive officer Joakim Frimodig.

Good times are continuing for CapMan, an asset manager based in Finland with an extensive Danish real estate portfolio.

In its recently released financial report for the first half of 2022, the manager revealed that its revenue increased by 38% in the first six months of the year to EUR 31.9m.
