Brunswick and Pictet launch new real estate player on Danish soil

A new real estate firm has been established by Swedish Brunswick Real Estate and Switzerland-based Pictet Alternative Advisors in Denmark with 50,000 square meters of existing properties at its disposal. It will focus on last mile logistics.

Brunswick Real Estate and Pictet Alternative Solutions, which are based in Sweden and Switzerland, respectively, have joined forces to establish a new Danish real estate firm ­ Lindu Ejendomme.
