New club launched to address diversity shortage in Nordic fund management

Investments still suffer from the reputation of being somewhat of a male locker room, which was probably true 10-15 years ago. But a lot has happened since then, says the co-founder of CFA Society Denmark’s new diversity network.

Despite ranking among the best on World Economic Forum’s gender equality index, Denmark, as well as other Nordic countries, continues to lag behind on gender equality within its fund management industry.
