Dismissed as a "flop", Nordea's diversity fund delivers consistently high returns

A Nordea fund with a diversity focus has been a success since its inception in 2019. One of its requirements is 30% female management and board representation.

When it was launched in 2019, Nordea’s Global Diversity Engagement Fund was dismissed as a “flop” by one Norwegian newspaper and labelled “woke” on social media. But its annual return has exceeded 20% for the past three years.
